Calling All Blue Cheese Lovers

This post is very short and sweet.
It's really only a question.
In an effort to eat less processed food I'm wondering...

How do you enjoy your favourite blue cheese?

I've always loved it on white crusty bread...but white crusty bread doesn't love me.
Or Vita Weat rice crackers...but they're highly processed.

There has to be a better way....
Someone must have the answer.

  2. I make my own flat bread using spelt flour, this is not nearly as complicated as it sounds. Recipe is 2 cups flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp olive oil, 3/4 cup warm milk. Mix, rest. portion, roll and then dry fry.

    Yummo!

  3. I was going to suggest a pear and rocket salad too! You could always bake your own pita bread crisps too.

I wouldn't be able to live without blue cheese either!

    Best wishes and happy weekend,
    Natasha.

  5. I'm not a big fan, but had it over gnocci (sp?) once as a sauce. Don't know if it necesarily more healthy option, but it tasted pretty good! ;-)
