She says...
No, this isn’t a diet or exercise regime. It’s not a responsible financial system or an abstinence program. It’s not even a relationship-building sex challenge (although that does sound fun). Although I’m sure I could benefit from all of these year-long challenges, this is much simpler with no great philosophy or life-changing aims underpinning it. It’s a weekly photography self-portrait challenge.
Last week I posted a 'sad eye' photo.
This week I have happy, but very tired, eyes.
I've just finished teaching for 2 weeks full time!
I haven't done that for over 8 years.
I have always said I have blue eyes...I didn't realize how many brown flecks I have until I took this photo.
Last week, one eye.
This week, two eyes.
Maybe next week I'll go for a full face shot!

ReplyDeleteAre you pic teasing us???!!
Hee hee.
My naturopath got a little iridology-y on me today, so I'm all eyes at the moment.
They're beautiful, by the way.
:-)
Your eyes are a lovely colour, Thea! I hope some of that blue recessive gene gets through on my husband's side, as his Mum has these amazingly crystal clear blue eyes and I'd love for my babies to have them!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous baby blues Thea :o)
ReplyDeleteAnd after your working week, I'm surprised you can even keep them open. Hope your weekend is somewhat more relaxing xo
I have blue eyes as well. But you know In certain light they look a bluish grey,I wish that would change LOL.
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Good on you for doing the two weeks full time! It must be so different now to what it was 8 years ago (from what my Mum, a teacher, tells me anyway).
ReplyDeleteYour eyes are beautiful!
And a whole face? Can't wait!
There is a lot of brown in your eyes! Makes me wonder about mine now!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I thought you were going to say that you'd try for three eyes. Good luck with that!!
ReplyDeleteWell done on surviving so many teaching days. I went back to teaching mid year and have already packed it in again. I couldn't handle the juggle and the last-minute casual calls.
