On Sundays I pop two favourite songs onto my blog.
An oldie but a goldie.
And a newbie, fresh from the charts.
Here are my picks for this week.
You can play along by linking up below.
And grab the button on the side bar if you want.
Can't wait to hear your picks.
Happy Sunday!
It's Valentine's Day tomorrow.
I've posted my dream date and outfit on Valentine Polly.
And I'm breaking the rules again for this Sunday Session.
No oldie and newbie this week.
This week's songs are 'our' songs.
The songs that always make me think of my gorgeous husband.
Song 1 - This song was released just a few months before I met my husband. I loved it from the moment I heard it. And every word of it was true for me when I met him.
Song 2 - Another song that was out at around the same time. I had a massive crush on Ronan Keating because of this song, until it was replaced by a massive crush on my husband!
Song 3 - Our song.
Song 4 - This song and the next song remind us of our honeymoon in Europe. It was Winter so we spent a lot of time in our hotel rooms watching CNN or MTV because they were the only channels in English.
Song 5 - We saw Robbie and tATu over and over and over. If we hear these songs now we're taken straight back to Europe! :)
This week I'm linking up with Natasha at 5 minutes just for me. Click on her button to visit her beautiful blog.
Happy Sunday.
Happy Valentine's Day.

ReplyDeletenumber #2 on your list is one [of two] the Guvs and i's song.
ReplyDeletethe title is very appropriate "when you say nothing at all" considering we met online and spent the first weeks of our "relationship" communicating only via typed word.

I loved Savage Garden once upon a time. Thanks for reminding me of that.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely Valentine's Day with your sweetie!
You have chosen some great songs for this week's post. I think my favourite is the Robbie Williams song.
ReplyDeleteI have linked up 2 songs today and one of them is Angels by Robbie!
Thanks so much for having me today and thanks also for linking up your songs to my Valentine's linky party. You are the sweetest!
Happy Valentine's day to you and yours.

OH so beautiful. Our song is Annie's Song :) We will be playing that when we get married in September. :)
ReplyDeleteCalling by from Italy via Australia, to listen to your Sunday Song Selection for San Valentino. What a lovely Valentines music. My favourites are Ronan Keating and Robbie Williams.
ReplyDeleteBuon San Valentino.
Hi there! I stopped by from tropical Mom's blog and thought I'd say hello.:)
ReplyDeleteLovely choice of songs...I especially love "Feel" and I absolutely love when a song takes you back to a good place or memorable time in life...the power of music!
Happy Valentine's Day from Norway!
Swinging by from 5 Minutes Just for Me. The 2nd song is my favorite. Great love song!
ReplyDeleteDon't understand all the workings of copyrights, etc. but the first song could not be played here in the states - however I went straight to YouTube and was able to listen to the same artist/same song. Glad I did: really enjoyed it - how romantic that you felt that way about our husband.
